Purpose

To provide a knowledge exchange for CHE practitioners

Objectives

We present an approach to foster knowledge exchange using case based vignettes.

  • To describe how CHE practitioners implement CHE theory
  • To gain an understanding of theories underlying the case based vignettes
  • To share key learning’s of the transfer of knowledge in practice

Format

REQUEST FOR 2 HOUR TIME WORKSHOP.

Expected Outcomes for Participants

Following this session, which will use didactic presentations, case studies and group discussions, participants will be able to visualize how they can use the theory in practice and how to apply the new learning in their environment.
